Booking conditions

  • No bail required
  • 30% reserve advance of non-refundable total
  • The remaining 70% bank transfer must be made 30 days before entry (sending bank receipt)
  • If the reservation is made less than 30 days from the stay, the payment will be of the entire amount
  • Reservation from Monday to Sunday for full weeks
  • Minimum reservation of 6 nights in July and August
  • From September to June Minimum reserve of two nights
  • Pets are allowed
  • Check-in from 17:00 and departure before 11:00 (late checkout until 17:00 full weeks)
  • The prices are for full rent of the house and include VAT
  • You can not hold bachelor parties or similar parties
  • Cancellation policy: no returns are made
